Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Home sleeps 8. Cleaning fee ranges from $200-$250 depending on duration of stay/number of guests in the home. Refundable damages deposit of $1,000 required to rent home. Non-smoking guests must be 28 years of age to rent this property, and able to supply a valid US drivers license, and sign Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking the reservation.
